Consultation & Site Survey
We walk the space with you, measure to the millimetre, and listen to how you actually live or work in it. A senior architect — not a salesperson — leads the first visit.
Design & 3D Visualisation
Floor plans, material boards, and photoreal 3D renders so you see the result before a single wall moves. Two revision rounds are included as standard.
Transparent Quotation
An itemised, fixed-price breakdown by trade — no lump-sum mystery. You see the cost of every slab, fitting and finish, and we hold the figure for 90 days.
Execution & Project Management
A dedicated project manager, weekly site reports with photos, and a single point of contact. Daily cleanup, dust containment and neighbour-friendly scheduling.
Handover & Warranty
A documented handover with snag list, care manuals, and a 24-month structural warranty. We return for the 6-month check at no charge.

Cabinetry, doors and staircases are built in our own workshop. That means furniture-grade tolerance, controlled lead times, and nobody to blame but us.
